Congratulations Dan! Last week Dan was asked to meet with his boss the next morning. As usual Dan thought he was going to get fired. Not because he misses work frequently, prepares for his class, or reads all day at work, but because they are constantly talking about cut backs, and since Dan was the last one hired he would be the first one fired (you got to love the state's logic). So all night Dan was stressing about what was going to happen. The next morning he went to his boss's office and from there he was taken to a meeting where he was awarded Employee of the Month. YEAH!!! Dan was shocked and relieved and very grateful he didn't have to look for a new job. On top of all that Dan is the first person in the training department to get this award as long as anyone can remember. So great job Dan, I am so proud of you!

Dan, looking dapper. Congrats, on the accolades from the boss. Now you should use your new found leverage to steal his job, I'm not sure on the exact approach, but I bet it can be done. Good luck.
