This was our 4th New Years we celebrated together and was by far the best. Let me explain why: New Years #1, we were dating, but I was planning on breaking up with Dan the next day. We had a lot of fun that night, we went to a Jazz game with friends then played games, but looking back it will always be tainted by breaking up with Dan the next day. New Years #2, we had just gotten back from a 12 day trip to spend Christmas with Dan's family. We were so exhausted and got home at about 11pm so we just gave each other a kiss and said goodnight. Last year we watched Karate Kid 2. It is true. We were with a couple of friends and didn't really have anything to do, so that was our great idea :)
This year our friend Jamie helped plan and it was great. We got all dressed up and ate at Tuscany in SLC. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. Then we went back to Jamie's for dessert and movies.

I'm glad you were able to have more fun this New Year's. We have a game night with our friends and no kids allowed..it's kind of fun. You look so pretty in those pics!
Doesn't the waiter know you don't use a flash straight at a mirror? You just can't find good help these days.
